Item Details
A vintage handwoven Kazak wool accent rug. This rug is rendered in a palette of cranberry, crimson, deep indigo, ivory, saffron, sky blue, and rose. The cranberry colored field features three large star medallions with multiple pendants of floral and star motifs. Framing the field is a florette patterned border, along with a floral meander border, and a checked minor border. Finishing the rug are double overcast selvedges and a natural warp fringe to the ends, along with visible blue weft threads. Unlabeled.
