Ornate Silver Plate and Glass Centerpiece Bon Bon Dish
Item Details
An ornate silver plate centerpiece bon bon bowl. The rectangular glass dish with lobed sides, sits within an intricate silver plate stand with a die pressed relief and applied birds and foliage. It rises on curving feet, and features a tall arching handle, and a shallow domed lid topped with a figural handle depicting a wading bird. No discernible maker’s mark was found
Condition
- some surface wear with faint markings and minimal tarnishin; small chips to the fluted surface of the glass dish.
