1988 Asprey & Co. Sterling Coaster with Mexican Sterling Creamer and Sugar Bowl
Item Details
A three-piece collection of sterling silver tableware. This includes a round coaster from 1988 by London maker Asprey & Co. Ltd., which features a personalized engraving to the center. It is stamped to the well with the maker’s mark and three hallmarks of a lion passant for sterling, a leopard’s head for London, and an ‘O’ date mark for 1988. The coaster is also marked to the underside ‘Asprey Sterling England’. It is presented with a creamer and lidded sugar bowl set by a Mexican silversmith. They have multiple marks to the undersides that includes sterling marks. The total approximate weight, including pads on coaster, is 11.875 ozt.
