Antique Irons and Cast Metal Trivets
Item Details
A pair of antique irons and two decorative cast metal trivets. The grouping features an antique cast metal iron with a brass finish and wooden handle to the top. The iron has an internal open box that holds hot coals that were used to heat the surface below. Also featured is a black cast metal antique coal iron with a wood handle to the top. This grouping also includes a pair of cast metal trivets. The trivets were used to rest hot pots from the stove or a coal iron when not in use.
