Item Details
A hand-knotted Indo-Persian Kashan wool accent rug. This rug is rendered in a palette of cranberry, indigo, slate blue, and sand. The cranberry colored field features an ornate central pendant medallion and spandrels infilled with floral motifs. Framing the field is a stylized herati patterned main border with repeated diamond patterned guard borders. Finishing the rug are overcast selvedges and unfinished ends. Unlabeled.
