Item Details

A vintage Federal style mahogany serving table by Charale Furniture Co. having a rectangular top with an attached scalloped wire trim over a shallow, dovetailed drawer with brass-plated ring pulls. The top is equipped with two pull-out serving surfaces on either side. The top is supported by four fluted vase-turned pilasters resting on a bottom shelf and shallow drawer with matching hardware. The piece rises on four vase-turned legs resting on casters. Original tag from 1951 notes this piece is handmade from the workshops of ‘Charak Furniture Co.’ Boston Mass.
