A lithograph on paper of a comic titled Fowah Mo’ Years published in The Washington Star. This political cartoon, originally created by Pat Oliphant, satirizes Jimmy Carter’s defeat of Gerald Ford in the 1976 presidential election, in the wake of the resignation of Richard Nixon. The lithograph is presented behind glass in a black wooden frame with a metal hanging wire to the verso.
