An oil painting on panel after Royal Academy artist Richard Jack’s (1866-1952) Cathedral Mt by an artist named L.J.P Stewart. This carefully-rendered work depicts a mountain rising up behind a glassy body of water lined with narrow pines, a cloudy sky hanging overhead. This piece features a palette combining warm earth tones with blue and green, and is signed toward its lower right corner. The painting is mounted in a wooden frame with the title and artists’ names to its verso along with a wire for hanging.
