Etching by Mary Lehman

A beautiful etching from a cattle drive from the Western countryside titled ‘on the Texas Trail’ by listed Western genre artist Mary Lehman (California, b. 1920). Striking oranges and reds of the sunset against the brown of the cattle make this a very unusual piece. Housed in a wood frame with gold toned accents and a linen matt. Pencil signed and numbered by artist, M. Lehman 1980 #31/50.

Condition

Gold toned border on the frame shows some separation.
