A hand-knotted Indian Peshawar wool area rug. This rug is rendered in a palette of cranberry, ivory, sand,rust, sage, cornsilk, and black. The abrashed deep cranberry features an all-over herati pattern as well as to the main border. Also framing the field is a pair of tulip and florette meandering guard borders. Finishing the rug are overcast selvedges and a natural warp fringe to the ends. Unlabeled.
