A Victorian tilting silver plate water pitcher with cup. The pitcher has a domed lid with ball finial, elaborate chased design featuring ferns, flowers, vines and dragonflies, with decorative borders. The tilting mechanism has openwork brackets with scrollwork. The cup has a decorative border and sits on a ring platform to the front, beneath the spout.
