A brass figure by listed 20th-century American sculptor Brian Bijan. The piece depicts a boy skiing downhill while navigating around a slalom pole, mounted to a mottled cream and grey marble base. The piece is signed ‘Bijan’ in black ink to one corner of the base.

- to poor; tarnish, rust and discoloration to metal; bending and warping to skis and flag; wear and surface markings throughout; multiple cracks and chips to base, with edge wear and missing pieces.
