Item Details
A woodblock print of a horse designed by Japanese artist Urushibara Mokuchu (漆原木虫, 1888-1953) titled Horse 1. This piece, from a larger body of horse-focused work, depicts a loosely-rendered horse, its tail switching to and fro, and is marked an illegible signature toward its lower left along with a red signature seal. It is mounted under glass in a dark frame with a hanging wire to its verso.

- discoloration and tearing to print; hole to upper right corner of print; scratching and wear to frame.
