A reproduction woven tapestry after Adorazione dei Magi by Gentile da Fabriano (Italian, 1370-1427). The original work of art is a depiction of the journey of the magi to visit the Christ child. It was commissioned by Palla Strozzi in 1420 in Florence and it is believed that several members of the family are portrayed int eh composition. It now may be seen in the Uffizi Gallery. The tapestry is lined with fabric and a tag is attached to the reverse.
