Hudson's Bay Six Point Blanket
Item Details
A Hudson’s Bay six point wool blanket. The one hundred percent wool blanket features horizontal stripe in green, red, yellow, and dark blue on a white field. The six narrow lines along the selvedge are known as ‘points’ from the French empointer and were used to indicate the finished size of the blanket. The six points on this blanket indicate it is approximately a queen size. The blanket retains its original sewn-on fabric tag.
