An abstract acrylic painting on paper by Jacqueline Sapotiti. This red, blue, and orange abstract painting depicts swirling composition and is initialed ‘JS’ by hand to the lower right. Mounted under a single layer of red matting and gold tone fillet, the painting is presented under glass in a gold tone wood frame. A wire for hanging purposes and a framer’s decal are present to the verso.

Born in Vietnam and raised in France, formally trained painter Jacqueline Saporiti moved to the United States in 1968 and has been based out of Nashville, TN since 1981. Her contemporary Expressionistic inspired work brings an East meets West appeal to her large catalog of landscapes, still lifes, and figure studies.
