Inlaid Rectangular Box With Tufted Lining
Item Details
An inlaid rectangular box with tufted lining. The box is likely made of Amboyna Burl Wood with lid and base of the box trimmed with an ebonized wood border. The lid of the box features a faux boulle design of inlaid brass, ebonized wood and silver tone stars. The box has a brass lock and brass trimmed key hole to the front. The tufted cushion lining of the box is of a saffron fabric. The box is labeled to the underside ‘pak ink’.

- ebonized wood trim is damaged in spots; ware to finish.
