Continental Inlaid Server with Stone Top

Item Details

A Continental inlaid server. It features a rosso magnaboschi marble top over a veneered body with rounded sides. The three aligned drawers have gold colored knobs, and sit over a center door with filigree escutcheon, which opens to a shelved interior. The drawers have an inlaid checked border, which is repeated to the inside and outside of the wide burled border on the three panels of the body. The piece stands on rounded, tapered feet. Circa 1930.
