19th Century Cased Daguerreotype
Item Details
A 19th century cased daguerreotype portrait of a couple. This piece features a portrait of a couple seated side by side; the woman in a dress with a lace collar and sleeves and the man wearing a suit and tie. The daguerreotype is framed in an embossed brass mat with red velvet piping, with a velvet lining to the other side of the hinge in a rich shade of red. The outside of the hinged cases is in a black leather material.

- minor scratches, wear and discoloration to case.
