An antique mahogany rocking chair with an inlaid back splat by the Hubbard Eldredge Furniture Company, circa early 20th century. This chair features a vase-shaped back splat with marquetry and mother-of-pearl floral accents, including acanthus leaves and bellflowers. It has curved arms and turned supports, a wide, shaped seat, and turned legs and stretchers on a rocker base. Marked with a partial paper label to the bottom.
