A collection of four East Asian style airbrushed paper cutouts. Each cutout depicts the Chinese deity Shouxing interacting with a child or a crane. He is represented with a high, domed forehead, a walking stick, and peaches, a symbol of immortality. The cutouts are airbrushed with color, adding a dimensional effect to the work. There are no visible artist’s signatures or marks. Each piece is presented framed under glass with a wire hanger affixed in verso.

Condition

- worn frame finishes; glass could be cleaned more thoroughly.
