A Victorian carved walnut upholstered rocking chair. This chair features a shell and acanthus carved and molded crest rail with curved stiles leading to padded, scrolled arms with large fan carvings between a bowed apron. It is upholstered in a sage fan designed fabric with gimp trim adhered to the back. Unmarked.
