Pair of Raku Fired Art Pottery Vases
Item Details
A pair of raku fired stoneware vases. The hand thrown vases feature a tall ovoid shape and black matte base, showing the carbon trapping from the firing process, in a deliberate band. One vase is glazed in an iridescent copper with hints of green flashing and the other in a chalk white crackle glaze. The vases are signed to the bottom ‘M Hines’.
Condition
- there is residue to the outside of the white vase.
