A reproduction print after an etching by Henry Fletcher, titled April. This print on paper, which is from Fletcher’s Twelve Months of Flowers series, depicts an overflowing bouquet of flowers held in a bulbous vase moulded with a peering face surrounded by acanthus leaves to the surface. To the margins is a printed key identifying each numbered flower, as well as text crediting the artist and given month. The print is presented under glass in a black and gold tone wooden frame with hanging wire to the verso.

Condition

- mild discoloration to image; moderate frame wear; paper backing torn and held with tape to edges.
