A limited edition offset lithograph on paper titled Peaks Mill after an original work by celebrated Kentucky artist Paul Sawyier. This print depicts a white house sitting on the edge of a creek. It is signed in-plate and numbered ‘181/395’ by hand to the lower right corner. The print is matted in gray and presented behind glass in a gold tone frame with a paper backing and hanging wire to the verso.

- minor marks to mat; minor surface wear to frame.
