Item Details
A grouping of Ande Rooney reproduction porcelain enamel advertising signs. The assortment includes a ‘Fido Brand’ citrus sign featuring a white puppy on a black ground, a ‘Frog in your Throat’ lozenge sign with green frog graphics on a cream ground and two Wells Fargo and Bell System signs in red white and blue. The signs feature colorful porcelain enamels on rigid steel with riveted mounting holes, all having an Andy Rooney label to the verso. The selection also includes two reproduction metal subway signs with enameled graphics on a black ground, being unmarked by the manufacturer.
Condition
- some edgewear and chipping to enamel.

- measured the largest, “Fido” sign. The subway signs are 12"w x 4"h.
