Antique Porcelain Plates Including Tressemann & Vogt
Item Details
A selection of four antique porcelain plates featuring a Tressemann & Vogt piece depicting French General Ferdinand Foch surrounded by a border of green oak leaves with acorns and gilding to the edges. The plate was produced between 1892-1907 and is marked ‘T&V France’ to the underside. The World War One plates depict Prussian military leaders, including Hindenburg, with foliate borders, reticulated verges, and decagonal forms. The plates are marked ‘1914’ to the black iron cross.

- residue to one plate; scratches and loss of design.
