A semi-antique hand-knotted Chinese wool area rug. The rug has a light ecru central field with wisteria, clematis and scrolling vine motifs, and bird accents, in shades of navy blue, celadon green, burgundy, lavender, yellow gold, raspberry and cream. The rug has a tonal navy blue border, also designed with floral decoration, including floral arrangement in vases. The rug is finished to both ends with off white warp fringe.
