Item Details
A pairing of earthenware vessels including Shearwater Pottery. This pitcher boasts a bulbous, footed body and curved handle. It is finished with a high gloss iridescent drip glaze in shades of terra cotta, pale green, and blue. The vessel bears an impressed stamp to the base. It is accompanied by a lidded stoneware jar. This piece is decorated with a mottled sepia and sienna glaze with an asymmetric finial to the lid. It bears an incised signature to the base.
