Item Details
An antique oil on canvas portrait of an early 19th century woman. The woman is dressed in a white ruffled bonnet with severely parted auburn hair and stern countenance. A white bonnet bow is tied beneath her neck and an intricate lace collar with pink medallion pin to the center enlivens the somber black dress she is wearing. The portrait is framed in an oval antique gilded gesso frame with decorative borders and floral accents. The painting is wired to the back for wall hanging.
