1891 Charles Field Haviland Limoges Porcelain Tureen

Item Details

An antique porcelain tureen by Charles Field Haviland Limoges. The oval body is accented with delicate raised detail and a lobed edge to the lid. It is accented with clusters of pink flowers and molded foliate handles finished with gilt trim. The tureen is marked to the base with a red decorator’s stamp and a green underglaze mark indicating a production date of 1891.

Condition

- gentle wear to painted and gilt surfaces; minor marks and faint scratches throughout.
