An early 20th-century photographic print depicting a portrait of an altar boy. The image depicts him standing against a painted background and holding a prayer book, wearing long dark robes with white lace embellishments and star appliqués. It is presented in a gold tone wooden and gesso frame with foliate accents, fitted with hanging wire to the verso.

Condition

- discoloration, edge wear, small tears and warping to photo; tears to backing, with piece missing to lower left; chipping, cracks, discoloration, edge wear and scuffing to frame; wear to frame verso, backing, nails and hanging wire.
