A hand-knotted Indo-Persian Tabriz runner. The black field of the rug is decorated with mirrored floral, foliate, palmette, and sickle leaf motifs. The field is encircled by alternating palmette principal border against an ecru ground. The rug is finished with white cotton warp fringe at either end.
