A vintage United States Geological Survey field case. The leather case features pencil and tool pockets to the front interior and a leather divider to the large pocket. The front flap of the case is stamped ‘USGS’ and has a brass push button lock. The back has an affixed loop to attach to a belt. Includes pencils and pads.

- visible wear to the leather and patina to brass.
