A limited edition etching on paper by Japanese artist Kenji Ushiku (b. 1922). This abstract piece depicts a simplified tree with a blue bird perched on the top against a stylized red sun. The work is titled in Japanese, marked 35 in an edition of 80 and signed by hand to the lower right. It is presented under a mat and glass in a metal frame, wired to hang.

Condition

- minor marks and discoloration to paper; marks, chips and accretion to frame; glass could be cleaned more thoroughly; chip to lower left corner of glass.
