A semi-antique hand-knotted Persian wool accent rug. The rug has a navy blue field with a central floral medallion in shades of light blue, off white and gold, with scalloped corner spandrels populated with boteh and arabesque designs. The rug has a complex compound border with a major border in navy blue with mountain forms and boteh, flanked by guard stripes in cream and gold. The rug is finished to both ends with off white warp fringe.
