A semi-antique hand-knotted Persian Mir wool accent rug. The rug has a tomato red central background populated with an overall boteh pattern in navy blue, yellow gold and off white, with a diamond-shaped gul medallion in navy blue with coral red, yellow gold, off white and black floral motifs to the center. The rug has a complex compound border with a major Samovar border in navy blue and guard stripes in cream in the running dog border. The rug has off white warp fringe to both ends.
