A Chippendale Armchair by Hickory Chair. This chair features a curved crest rail and upholstered, high back with curved armrests and scrolled, carved handholds flanking an upholstered seat. The chair rises on carved cabriole legs with shell motif knees terminating on claw and ball feet. The chair is upholstered in a beige and light red fabric. The underside is marked ‘Hickory Chair’.
