Item Details
A pair of oil paintings on canvas and canvas board of winter landscapes by an artist named L. Ann Illingworth, signing the pieces ‘Lanni.’ These pieces include Big Pines, Calif., which features a view of rolling hills over icy water and groves of trees, and Desert – Big Pines of what seems to be a ranch backed by hills and surrounded by snow-covered desert plants. These pieces are signed to their lower right corners and are signed, titled and dated, ‘1972-3’ and ‘1969’ to their versos. Neither have frames or hanging hardware.
