1928 Rhode Island Postmaster Appointment with Reproduction Coolidge Signature

A framed 1928 document confirming the appointment of a Martin Rose as Postmaster of the town of Block Island, Newport County, Rhode Island. It is signed by hand by Postmaster General Harry S. New, and with a stamped signature of Calvin Coolidge. The certificate is presented behind glass.
