A piece of Modern styled textile art. This abstract work is created by sewing together pieces of a napped fabric in a palette of chocolate, robin’s egg, ice blue, beige, cream, and tan. The strips of material create wavy and curved lines across the composition. The finished textile is stretched over a particle board frame with keyholes to either side for hanging.

Condition

- wear to nap around edges and corners; few spots on the fabric near the lower right corner that cannot be removed; dirt clings to it easily.
