Early 20th Century Walker & Hall Sterling Silver Cigarette Box
Item Details
An early 20th Century sterling silver cigarette box by Walker & Hall. This rectangular box features a latch closure and hinged lid which opens to reveal a wood interior and a hinged wood panel. The piece is marked ‘W&H’ in a pennant followed by a lion and cursive ‘B’- both in cartouches with chamfered corners. No clear date or city of origin could be determined.
Condition
- surface wear including scratches and overall tarnish; the wood inserts are starting to bow inside.
