1932 Rhode Island Postmaster Appointment with Reproduction Hoover Signature

A framed 1932 document confirming the appointment of a Martin Rose as Postmaster of the town of Block Island, Newport County, Rhode Island. It is signed by hand by Postmaster General Walter F. Brown, and with a stamped signature of Herbert Hoover. The certificate is presented behind glass.

- glass could be cleaned more thoroughly; discoloration with age; torn paper backing.
