Chinese Porcelain Vase

A Chinese porcelain vase. This piece boasts a hexagonal shape with a flared mouth and a wide shoulder that gently tapers towards the base. It is accented with botanical vignettes to the neck and body, surrounded with copious fuschia scrollwork on a black ground. The piece is finished with gilt trim and bands of meandering greek keys. This piece bears a blue Qianlong reign mark to the base, however, it was likely produced in the twentieth century.

Condition

-minor marks and faint scuffs consistent with gentle use; wear to underside of base.
