Item Details
An etching titled Holy Men believed to be by an artist named ‘Handler,’ and an acrylic painting of a violinist. The painting depicts the figure in painterly marks, the fingers on one hand moving rapidly, a look of concentration on his face. The accompanying etching depicts a pair of bearded men standing in yarmulkes and shawls before a stone wall. Both unsigned pieces are presented under glass, the etching under a brown mat, in wooden frames with hanging hardware to their versos.
Condition
- fair; “Holy Men” print and mat mounted askew with tape visible; marks to paper of painting at edges; nicks and wear to frames.
