A semi-antique hand-knotted Persian Kashmar area rug. The large tan colored field displays an intricate arrangment of flowers, vases, deer, herons, palmettes, and vines. A broken principal border with similar design elements surrounds the field. The rug is completed with a closely cropped cotton warp fringe at either end.
