A gouache painting on paper of a clown believed to be by listed artist Niels Mogensen. This work depicts the figure with a wry smile on his face, a collar around his neck and a black hat on his head. This piece is signed and dated 1954 in pencil to its lower left, and is mounted under glass in a wooden frame with a length of twine to its verso for hanging.

- discoloration throughout paper; creases to paper due to being folded; wear to frame and verso.
