A wall hanging tapestry manufactured by Tapestries Ltd., titled The Clairmarais Forest. This work depicts a lush landscape filled with full trees, rolling grassy hills and shrubbery enclosing a body of water with a bridge to the distance. The composition is contained by an acanthus leaf border, and is strung through a dowel at the top margin with a moulded finial to each end. To the verso is a manufacturer tag.
