Item Details
A collection of three serigraph posters titled ‘Stonington Fair August 4 & 2’ by artist William Connell, created 1990-2008. These prints feature minimalist, geometric compositions of sailboats on the water advertising the Stonington Fair in Connecticut, and are rendered with bright primary colors. They are each signed and dated to the lower right corner. Each print is presented in a metal frame under plexiglass; two are fitted with a hanging wire to the verso.
Condition
- prints exhibit some marks and creasing to paper; all frames contain scratches, chipping, and dents; plexiglass could benefit from being cleaned.
