An oil painting on canvas of a wooded scene. This Impressionist painting depicts a woman in a frilled, white dress standing at the foot of a sloped hill surrounded by a field of daisies. It overlooks a calm body of water with clusters of trees to the distance. The composition itself is rendered primarily in cool, faint tones. To the lower right corner is an illegible artist signature. The painting is presented in a gold tone wooden frame featuring a linen liner. To the verso is affixed hanging wire.

- canvas is stretched and indented at lower left corner; stains to inner liner; painted residue to frame verso.
